If you think about the context you can put those two words into... there's not a lot left out. A man is a drunkard and beats his wife and kids, and is completely sure there's no way to change himself... but Jesus. A woman is a liar and loves to know people's miseries so she can spread the news to everyone she knows... but Jesus. A person is at their lowest and has nowhere to turn, you've run out of money and have no job in sight, loss of a loved one, divorce, injury, zealot of another religion, home destroyed... a hatred in one's heart that scares even themselves...
... But Jesus. But Jesus can save. But Jesus can grow them into greater people. But Jesus can make a way when their seems no way. But Jesus, Loves. Maybe the third most powerful word.
You may have wretchedness, hate, destruction, sin, underconfidence, doubt, worry, murder, lust or just plain apathy in you... But Jesus. But Jesus Loves.
Thank God those two words are available to me. Because this person is too far from God to ever think he's worth something to Him. But Jesus... loves me anyway, knows there's something more inside of me, won't give up even if I do.
This life may be hard and this world may be rough...
... But Jesus.
